Knysna is a fairytale world any traveller should visit. Go hiking, camping, ziplining, bungy and take amazing photos of nature at her best. Lush green forests could let you believe in fairies again. Anyhow, back to reality. Today we'll be taking boat trips. Various trips are available, anything from 1 to 3 hours.
On all the trips you'll enjoy snax, drinks and free oysters (Knysna is the osyter capital of South Africa). Thereafter, 6 oyster will cost you R50. You'll visit the Knysna Heads which make Knysna one of the most dangerous ports in the world. You'll also visit the oyster farms and just simply take in the beauty surrounding you.
*Prices vary from : R95 p/p for the Friday Sundowner Cruise at 16h30 and 17h30.
*Knysna Heads R270 per adult, R135 for under 12 and under 3 year olds free.
*Oyster Farm R330 p/adult, R165 for under 12 and under 3, for free. Times 11,13 & 15h00.
*Sunset Cruise R440 p/adult, R220 for under 12 and under 3, for free. Includes snakplatter and 3 free oysters each. Summer at 17h30 & Winter, weather permitting, at 16h30.
*Private parties on the Oyster Boat are R3580 for a maximum of 20 guests. Catering can be arranged and the cruise last 2 hours.
Also catered for are weddings, team building, corporate functions, bachelor parties, bridal and baby showers as well as staff incentives. Boats can be hired.
