MARINE & RIVER BOAT TOURS
Today, I feel like I need to be on the Zambezi Safari, because I'm feeling quite sick of these four walls lately! But, alas, I'm anchored till further notice......
Anyhow, if you can go, go. The first one is more for the sporty people and those who want a short trip of a few hours to appreciate our marine life and experience the ocean.
The other two accomodate the luxury to budget traveller. All the same, great adventure and great fun!

*This is the Olifants River Boat Safari in the Kruger National Park. We used to live about 1km outside the Parks' gate when I was a little girl. Went to school in Phalaborwa, which is the nearest town. In those days, there wasn't really much fencing, so the animals roamed around. One day, the family went for a drive and we saw to giraffe fighting and my eldest sister shouted : "Daddy, look, the 2 ostriches are killing each other!"
The poor child was balling her eyes out and we were hosing ourselves with laughter!
*On this trip you'll get to see the hippo, crocs, elephants, various antelope species and birds.
*At the end of the 3hr trip, you'll enjoy a sundowner and braai (bar-b-q) onboard.
*PLEASE TAKE YOUR MALARIA MEDS!!!!
*Stay in luxury rondavels (Thatch roofed, round cottages), 8 bed dorms or camping.
Well, that's it for now. Wish I was there. So, please pack me in!

Bobi
